1) A freind or someone that has done this before or a book that has some basic instructions. (I had a freind for the first seat) 2) A damn good set of side cut wire cutters, for cutting out the old hog rings. 3) Good set of hog ring pliers. 4) 300 each hog rings...my seats used 250 total. 5) Exercise your fingers a couple weeks before install...j/K 6) A lot of patience. 7) Take a lot of photographs of how everything come apart. 8) Factory Service Manual to show how to take apart some of the seat components.It's really not that hard, just take your time, don't get in a hurry.
